Joe King

Joe King serves as a Mortgage Loan Officer and is part of the Farmers National Bank Home Mortgage Lending Team at Howland. Joe brings with him over 25 years of experience in this role and specializes in construction loans, jumbo loans, working with first time home buyers and unique properties. He has extensive experience as a mortgage lender, but especially enjoys Farmers because of their commitment to the community and drive for customer service.

Joe is a proud graduate of Kent State University, where he earned a degree in Finance. 

He also plays an active role in the community.  He volunteers for several animal rescue organizations, and Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership.  He is also an active member of the Warren Area Board of Realtors, HBA, and the Warren City Schools Financial Advisory Committee.  In his spare time, you can find Joe working in his garage, tinkering on anything that has an engine.
