Troy Toth

Troy serves as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Farmers National Bank. He has been working in the mortgage industry for over 25 years helping clients achieve their goal of homeownership. He has extensive knowledge in conventional loans, FHA, VA, and new construction loans. He especially enjoy working with first time buyers and guiding them thru the mortgage process. 
 

At Farmers National Bank we offer all of the products including purchase, refinance, lot loans and renovation loans.  These options allow Troy to offer choices to the clients to set them up for the best possible lending solutions.
 

Troy was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and still resides there with his family.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family whether it be out and about or just having dinner at home.  He also enjoys watching and playing sports.
